BCTC reply to Sea Breeze reconsideration application

On September 15, Sea Breeze applied to the BC Utilities Commission to have it reconsider its July approval of the BCTC VITR project. (link)

BCTC replied on September 26, stating essentially that Sea Breeze has identified no errors in law or fact, and is asking for reconsideration because "it simply disagrees with the Commission's Decision."

BC Hydro says, "in a contested application such as this one, where another party did present a proposal that the Commission determined to be in the public convenience and necessity, it would be a complete misuse of the Commission's reconsideration process to allow a party to 'sweeten' its application."
